Direct Deposit
Providers can sign up for Direct Deposit by submitting a Direct Deposit Enrollment Form for each Consumer he or she works for. In order to qualify for Direct Deposit, a Provider must have a savings or checking account and be paid for at least 90 days. It will take approximately 60 days for Direct Deposit to take effect once the form has been submitted.
