The Public Authority offers ongoing classes to help Providers enhance their skills.

Classes are open to all IHSS Providers and Consumers.

Training topics may include:

• Lifting and Transferring Safely;
• Disaster Preparedness;
• Housekeeping, Universal Precautions, and Hygiene;
• Diabetes: Nutrition and Management;
• and CPR/First Aid.
